Target audience couples looking for charm
Wasn’t expecting the beautiful old-style bar, it was cozy and full of character. I had a cup of their scouse which was so good, the staff even gave me a complimentary drink for the wait at check-in!
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess you pay for the great location.

The spacious Classic Double Room with Balcony offered a fantastic view, making my stay enjoyable. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk from popular attractions like the Cavern Club. However, the bar didn't serve cocktails, which was a letdown, and room service was unavailable during the stay. While the slow elevator could be frustrating, the ambiance and artwork throughout the hotel made it a unique experience.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location with intriguing Beatles memorabilia all around, which made my stay enjoyable. However, the cleanliness standards could use some improvement, and noisy evenings from the nearby bars disrupted sleep. Friendly staff and a good breakfast helped redeem the experience.

We had a fantastic family stay! The kids loved the eclectic Beatles memorabilia, and we visited the fantastic bowling alley during our downtime. The staff were super accommodating, especially Mo at the front desk, who was a lifesaver in helping us settle in.
My kids wished there was a dedicated kids' menu to make meal times easier.

Had a great time with my friends. We explored the Monopoly game exhibit and enjoyed the bowling alley, which was a fun way to spend our evening. The staff was friendly, and the location was spot on for all activities. Comfortable beds made our stay even better!
Unfortunately, the upgrade we received came with tiny pillows that needed replacing, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

Unique decor highlights throughout the hotel, featuring Beatles memorabilia that adds a charming atmosphere. The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and equipped with essentials like a coffee machine and toiletries. Service was attentive, particularly at the bar, where staff maintained a welcoming vibe. the check-in process could be improved, as it felt somewhat chaotic, and the noise levels in the common areas were occasionally disruptive, impacting relaxation.
